Jesus was tired and sat down by the well and when the a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus asked  her to give him water but the woman didn’t know that Jesus knows her and saw that she was tired spiritually. A tired person not only get tired but the are things that make them to be tired.

Jesus saw the woman needed help, he knew the woman needed help but the woman didn’t realise that she needed help and was tired. She had five husbands in the past and saw Jesus as her potential husbands, she didn’t know she was tired and Jesus was the help she was seeking all along.

Women, your challenges, be it finances, marriage or whatever you are facing, you are tired, you need Jesus because Jesus is life and has living water. When things don’t go well in your life ask Jesus to give you water.

When you are so used to the things of the world you don’t see help but when Jesus comes into your life, it changes completely. Whatever you are going through. Jesus is available. With Jesus your life will never be the same again.

Message by Prophet Michael Voyiya

The month of the Daughters of Abraham continues. Our father during his preaching mentioned that life can be difficult if you are a woman, women must be loved and cared for and the month of Abraham is a month for women who has faith in God, the Sarah’s of today.

Talking about the woman who had the spirit of infirmity and was crippled for 18 YEARS, Tata says the woman never left the church and she never complained but knew the was God in heaven and if you are a woman, your help is in the church.

The are things that will catch you as a woman unaware so much that you won’t see a way out  but thanks to God for Jesus who is able to bring changes.

The crippled woman of Luke 13:11-16 could not straighten up or do other things women do and was described according to her situation but despite her pain and words she encountered she knew church was her answer.

Tata says the daughters of Abraham must look upon Abraham as the father of faith and do as he did and must not worry about material possession or success of others because their time is coming, it might not be today or when but their time of breakthrough is coming.

Whether people talk or not it doesn’t matter and they should be let to talk but your time of breakthrough is coming. You don’t have to worry but to have faith in God as he is a miracle working God.

The are people that will discourage you but you don’t have to be discouraged or leave the church. Age and time doesn’t matter because God is faithful. As  a daughter of Abraham for God’s appointment and be focused even if people talk.

You will be hurt if you look at back at where you come from. Despite the warfare you are going to be victorious because you are more than a conqueror.

YOU ARE BLESSED

Our father calls on the daughters of Abraham to know that they are blessed. They are blessed going in and blessed going out as God has called them and ushering them to their destiny

.

You are blessed whether people like it or not because what God has blessed cannot be cursed. The way you are so blessed even witches will bless you as no arrow can defeat you. They cannot take away the fact that you are blessed.

God is able to break all curses a woman is going through, he can take away your yesterday. You don’t have to be bitter, God can change your yesterday despite of your background.

Jesus did the following for the crippled woman:

       1. He saw her: Jesus has seen you as a woman, your situation and what you going through

             2.  He called her: KNOW THAT Jesus has called you despite what people say or do

             3.  He freed her: Whatever you are going through Jesus has freed you. You are free from bondage.

              4. He can gave her peace: In difficult times ask God to give you peace

The Wednesday service focused on different types of powers such as the power of the name of Jesus, power of confession, power of forgiveness and the power of prayer to mention but a few but our father dwelt on the POWER OF FAITH.

Faaith is believing God at all cost. It ;’s anchoring your trust in God art all cost without reservation. Believing in God through the finish work of Jesus Christ.  Faith is ‘NOW” it works on the now basis, not tomorrow, yesterday or in future but ‘NOW’.  We should not worry about the manifestation but must know that Faith works in the “NOW”.

Without Faith it is impossible to please God, now faith is being sure of what we hope for  and  certain of what we do not see.

God has justified you by faith, irrespective of what you feel and what people say about you. Choose to believe the word of God, without faith you will always feel condemned.

Salvation is a process and it is important to understand that it is a STEP-BY-STEP process.   The is a step where God will declare you justified. Justification is the cleansing process to make a person like Jesus.

According to God you are Holy, don’t doubt the word of God, he will never leave nor forsake you. Your problems are temporary. Faith must be in the heart not in the head, it doesn’t work through sight or feelings.

“We walk by faith not by Feelings”. God and the Holy Spirit are always present whether you fill him or not he is always present. Lack of faith can mislead you.  When you don’t faith you open a door to spirits which can torment you. Faith is the issue of the heart.

LEGS OF FAITH TO STAND ON:

1   1. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God.

2     2.  Confession: speak it, confess your blessings and confess that you are what God says you are

3     3. Action: Faith without action is dead so always take action. Don’t sit back  and wait by take action. We serve a miracle working God and you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

This week’s bible teachings focus on Preaching and what it takes to be a preacher. Our Prophet Michael Voyiya read from Hebrews 4:12 (For the Word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow: it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heard NIV)

Everyone preacher or anyone who wants to be a preacher must know that the word of God is alive and powerful. The word Judges and once you step into the Kingdom of God the is no going back nor concern about friends and families.

Tata calls on us to know the importance of preaching according to what God wants and not to please people or to lie but when preaching we must preach what God wants us to say and not to beg people or nurse their feelings through being sympathetic but we must do what God wants us.

The are people who don’t know what a calling is. According to our Prophet Michael Voyiya the are people called by God, people and those never called by God but placed by people in position of power therefore leading to an assumption that they are called by God whereas they are not even close to being called.

If God called you the is something new He wants to do with you and if you are not called, humble yourself under someone who is called. The is a mentor, father and spiritual father as such we must not think someone can father us based on their success but mentoring but take place.

 It is not about attending church or serving in it but it’s about priority. Once you stand on a pulpit, you transit to a prophet or prophetess and you must feel inside what you are about to preach on. Even the music should synchronize with your preaching. Don’t preach what people want or what suits them.

Before preaching the word, you must visualise it and see yourself inside it and it must be evident in the demonstrations during your preaching

A PROPHET (NABIY)

A prophet is someone that speaks like a spokesperson on behalf of God, the word prophet appears 300 times in the old testament and 100 times in the new testament. Since a prophet is a spokesperson of God, he cannot afford to lie or create what’s not there or please people.

As a prophet you don’t have to lie as God has sent you to people so stand on the pulpit with self confidence, those who hate you can hate you, you don’t have to beg or please people. 

God can change what you had previously planned to say on your sermon and do what he wants. God can have a word for only person instead of the whole church hence you can see other people enjoying the word and feeling its power while some wont, it’s because has prepared a word for that one specific person who can feel its power.

When coming to the intersession, it cannot be carnal but must be prophetic. If you had prayed for (an example) woman on Sunday, the following Sunday its vital to change and pray for pastors or anything because the is a reason behind.

A PROPHETIC INTERSESSION

A Prophetic Intercession means “Carrying the burden of God”. God is impressed by intercessors than people who pray a lot. As a prophet you don’t need to take chances when reading the Word of God but must be a prophetical intercessor and ask God what he wants to convey.

The devil always targets worship teams and intercessors because music is the key. Everything thing worships God, tree’s, birds and rocks to mention just a few. Music ushers in the presence of God into a place. Additional Scriptures shared on the day Numbers 11:27, 1 Samuel 10:5 and 1 kings 22:18

 Reference scripture :Luke 13v10-17 

The woman with a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years, woman bound over on many areas, be it  finances, emotions or sickness but when they ran to Jesus they are been loosed from their infirmity.

 The bible addressed the woman saying she is the daughter of Abraham, we were never given her name, it was all about who her father was about. It's also goes by knowing whom does  God call you if He says you are a daughter of Abraham your, be in agreement with God hence his word says can two walk together unless they agree.

 You cannot say you walk with God but you don't agree with him that's lack of Faith in the God that you say you believe in and walk with, additional scripture Numbers 27v1-7, five sisters who stood boldly to demand the inheritance their father left them, daughters of Zelophe had went to Moses whom they saw as God's authority in their life's so that Moses can inquire from God on their behalf as their father had no son and in those days women were not allowed to own properties but they never kept quite, they demanded their inheritance.

 despite being  women God told Moses they are right  they must be given their inheritance, God even went further to say Moses must tell the Israelites that from that day if a man dies and have no sons the inheritance must be given to his daughter.

 God changed the laws because of this five sisters for speaking up and demanding what is rightfully theirs. Daughters of Abraham, if God blesses the sons he will surely bless the daughters too, we cannot be poor whereas our father Abraham is rich.

 To serve is not only to stand behind the pulpit and preach cleaning the church is part of serving God. There are many great men and women of God that will tell you they didn't start by holding a mic and preach, they started packing chairs in church and cleaning, so when you are cleaning don't take it for granted you are serving God.

 Giving is also part of serving God for proverbs says when you give or having pity to the poor you are lending to God meaning God will pay you back, Tithing when u give your money to God it means you acknowledge him as God you are saying to him among gods you are my only God whom I will serve for you took me out of Egypt.

 We all know where God took us from, we are alive and saved because of God. Some of us are just a gift to the man of God our Prophet Michael God gave him you as a gift, just to come serve him by doing so you are serving the God who sent him, you might find you are so anointed but not for you to have your own ministry but for the man of God to place you in his branches of Elshaddai Grace Worship Center

After declaring the month of August as the month of Daughters of Abraham. Our father Prophet Michael Voyiya continued with calling on  women to be the daughters of Abraham. Tata took a scripture reading from  Luke 13:10-17.

Tata illustrated on the said passage about a crippled women who had a miraculous encounter with Jesus after being crippled by a spirit for 18 years. Talking about the woman, our father said Jesus had to bend the rules for the women for her healing and is able to do the same for women. Despite her situation she went to church, she didn’t complain or look at her situation but after years, Jesus healed!

Tata also had a word for women since women’s months is ongoing . He said he had a word for all types of women, mothers, daughters, mother in-law or daughter in law, rich or poor he had a word for all of them and that word is that “God loves them as women”.

He said a women who doesn’t know that God loves them searches for love and relationships in the wrong places and are not sure of themselves and seeks assurance from people in the wrong places but a woman who knows that God loves her has confidence, doesn’t gossip, doesn’t need assurance from people and doesn’t rely on material possession and is able to wait on God.

A women who knows that God loves her doesn’t rely on a make up to make her beautiful and doesn’t have an inferiority complex but loves herself and knows that make up or not she is beautiful.

Despite of their weakness or imperfections God loves women and nothing will change that and a woman who knows that she is loved by God tells those pursuing her that God loves her and she loves herself and no one can convince her otherwise because she knows herself. Even when she goes to work she doesn’t need to be applauded by people for her beauty because she knows that she is beautiful. She doesn’t need a man’s love to know she is loved nor is she desperate to be in a relationship but whoever loses her loses a diamond.

Tata calls women  to have faith because they will know themselves and won’t need support from people because God is with them at all times.

. He urges the daughters of Abraham to get under the feet of Jesus because when God looks at them he will see the blood of Jesus and despite their weaknesses God loves them as women and will clothe them with new clothes and make their glory shine.

Focus on: Motivational Speaking/ Guest Speaking

Our father Prophet Michael Voyiya taught about the importance of key points and elements to look at when invited as a motivational speaker or a guest. Tata taught about the importance of constructing a speech in a very attention captivating manner and emphasized the following key points which should be adhered to when preparing a speech:

1.     Introduction: Tata added that the intro when motivating or when invited as a guest speaker is very vital and ice breakers can be used to get the audience to be at ease.

2.     Eye Contact: Tata advised those present to always keep an eye contact with the audience as that also helps in building confidence. An eye contact grabs the attention of the audience and is a key part during an address.

3.     Research:  research on the topic to address on is very important and through it the audience can be schooled on one or two things they didn’t know and a little experience or knowledge on what you are going to talk about is very important and points out to the audience that the speaker takes them seriously and is well prepared.

4.     Know your audience: It is important to know who you are addressing, be able to sense or know different denominations you are addressing as your audience will determine what goes in on your preparations and research.

5.     Address on what you are invited to do: Tata stressed an important point on sticking to what you are called to do and not to deviate. When addressing know that the audience is a fusion of a variety of ages and race and it is important to address all people.

6.     Theme and Conclusion: Theme and conclusion are very important, it is important to close your address on a mammoth point that will leave a lasting impression on the audience.

Tata gave a very interesting practicality where he tasked those present to divide into six groups where each group presented on a given topic and after the presentations, the was constructive criticism which helped on points on where to improve.

Our father Prophet Michael Voyiya called on those present to always not forget God in their preparations of a motivational speech and to always use what is in us as Children of God to help build others during an address as  guest speakers.
